Payment to be made only through Travers India website, http://www.traversindia.com. You can visit our website, chose the event that you would want to join, click "Book now". You can add the participant(s) details and you will be redirected to payment gateway. You can make the payment through any mode available: Credit/Debit Card, GPay, PayTM or Internet Banking.

TraversIndia uses online booking system powered by Vacation Labs for bookings and operations management.
If you have made any partial payments for any event, you need to make the balance payment 15 days before the departure of the tour. If the balance payment is not paid within the stipulated time, Travers has full rights to cancel your seat/booking with no refunds to be issued.
Cancellation by Travers India:
Event will take place only if there are a minimum number of participants to conduct the event. Travers India holds the right to cancel any event at any given point of time. Participant can transfer the amount to any other event or full refund shall be issued to the participant.
Cancellation By You:
The lead name on the booking must give notice to cancel the tour in writing or mail to us and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction the cancellation charges as under.
In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking, there is a set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one traveling with you;
